At Rockin M Ranch I accept $100 deposits to hold the puppy of your choice. Pick of the litter will be determined by the order in which deposits are received. If we don't have what you're looking for we will refund your deposit (100%) or hold it for the next litter, this is only for deposits sent before a litter was born.

Payments are also accepted as long as paid in full before the puppy goes to its new home. Deposits taken after the litter is born will be non-refundable. Please call to verify availability before sending deposits.  There are several people out there that really want a puppy and I'd hate to turn away a loving family if the puppy is already spoken for and the original buyer changes their mind. Then the puppy would have missed out on getting to live with that other loving family.

If mailing your deposit please print out a copy of the contract, sign it, and send it with your deposit. When the deposit and contract are received, I'll sign my part and send you a copy with your new puppy when it is ready to go to its new home.

ROCKIN M RANCH PUPPY CONTRACT

This puppy purchase contract, is between, Karen Mitchell, herein referred to as the "Breeder"

and ___________________________________, and herein referred to as the "Buyer".

The BREEDER will provide up to date health record information to BUYER at time of transfer of dog/puppy along with registration application forms.  BREEDER guarantee's the animal to be sound and free of diseases at time of transfer to BUYER for a period of (3) days. BUYER agrees to have said animal examined by a licensed small animal veterinarian within (3) days of receipt. If the dog/puppy is found to be in poor health during this time period, as evidenced by a signed, written report by a licensed veterinarian, buyer will have the option to return the dog/puppy at BREEDERS expense for a full refund or replacement as soon as comparable (of equal value) puppy becomes available. To refund or replace will be the choice of the BUYER. If BUYER decides to keep said dog/puppy they will assume all expenses involved with the animal's care. The BREEDER will replace (equal value) or refund with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian for the following genetic defects:

1.       Failure to receive a passing rating on hips from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals.
2.       Failure to receive a normal reading from Canine Eye Registration Foundation by 2 yrs of age.

All dogs are sold as pet quality. This DOES NOT mean they are not show/breeding quality. All puppies sold will be spayed/neutered within 9 months of age. If the BUYER wishes to retain breeding rights, a separate contract must be signed.

The BREEDER is liable only to the extent stated in this contract. No further guarantees, either verbal or implied will be honored.
BUYER agrees to give BREEDER first option to buy the puppy/dog back if for any reason it needs to be placed or sold.
I, the undersigned, have read and understand the above statements contained and agree to abide by same. I further understand that if I violate any part of said contract, the entire contract will be null and void.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE OR PLACE A DEPOSIT ON ANY AUSSIE PUPPY YOU AGREE IN FULL TO THE TERMS LISTED IN OUR  PUPPY CONTRACT, REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS OR NOT.
